SCR voltage settings and operating parameters; adjustment is continuous within the configured range.
Green: stopped. Red: running. Amber: overcurrent, low vessel level, safety door, transformer oil level, temperature and pressure alarms.
Start: request operation. Stop: stop the supply. Reset: reset the alarm after the fault is cleared. DCS remote start / stop is also provided.
Colors follow the reviewed drawing: green means stopped and red means running, not necessarily a fault. Final button colors are project-specific. Based on an existing two-circuit panel drawing; simplified functional layout, not a fabrication drawing. Oil-level, temperature and pressure inputs are switch alarms. Continuous readings require transmitters.
Three components. One coordinated system.
For ratings above 50 kVA, we recommend a dedicated control cabinet.
Our supply recommendation; existing cabinets and feedthroughs can be reviewed for compatibility.
Share the transformer ratings, quantities and existing equipment details so we can help define the supply scope.
Control circuits, monitoring, protection logic and interfaces are defined in the project technical agreement.
